How a parallel month-end works

For one month-end, a centre bills from its current system and from Anycomp, and compares every tenant statement. This note sets out who does what, and what counts as a match.

Who takes part

The centre’s financial controller, one billing officer and an Anycomp analyst. The financial controller signs off the comparison.

What is compared

Every tenant statement: rent, service charge, levies, utilities, tax and the closing balance. A difference of more than one ringgit is reviewed line by line.
