1. Use of the website

The website describes Anycomp property operating systems for malls, residential property and asset owners in Malaysia. Visitors may read, print and share its pages for internal business evaluation. Copying the website, scraping it at scale or interfering with its operation is not permitted.

2. No offer until written scope

Product descriptions, screen images, figures and timelines on the website are general information. They are not an offer, a commitment or a price. A binding arrangement exists only when ST Comp Holdings Sdn Bhd issues a written scope and quotation and the client accepts it in writing.

3. Intellectual property

The Anycomp name and logo, software, screen designs, text and photography belong to ST Comp Holdings Sdn Bhd or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act 1987 and the Trademarks Act 2019. No licence is granted beyond the limited use in section 1.

Content is reviewed regularly and may change without notice. Regulatory references on the website are summaries; the governing act, regulation or guideline prevails.
