Yes. Each mall keeps its own ledger, and group reports read across all of them.
Can owners see the figures without changing them?
Each user sees only the centres, buildings or portfolios assigned to them, with separate rights to view, prepare and approve.

How is personal data handled?
Personal-data wording is pending legal review.
What happens to the data at the end of the contract?
A full export is provided at any time and at the end of the contract.

How is pricing set?
Pricing is quoted after the strategy session, for the properties and systems in scope. The quotation shows the one-time implementation fee and the monthly subscription separately.
