1. Who gives consent

This notice applies to every person who submits the booking form on this website or contacts Anycomp on WhatsApp (the client). Anycomp is a product line of ST Comp Holdings Sdn Bhd, the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. Personal data collected

Through the booking form: name, company, role, work email, mobile number, property type and the session details entered. Through WhatsApp: the mobile number, display name and the content of messages sent to +60 11-2916 0777. Identity card numbers, bank details and sensitive personal data are not requested.

3. Purposes

To schedule and run the strategy session the client requested, prepare a written scope and quotation, answer questions, and keep a record of the consent given. Personal data is not used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

4. Disclosure

Personal data is disclosed only to ST Comp Holdings Sdn Bhd staff handling the request, to service providers that host the website, forms and messaging under written confidentiality and security obligations, and to authorities where the law requires it. Personal data is not sold.

5. Retention

Booking and WhatsApp records are kept for 24 months after the last contact, or longer where a contract or a legal obligation requires it, and are then deleted or anonymised.

6. Access and correction

Under sections 30 to 35 of the Act, the client may request access to the personal data held and ask for inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data to be corrected. Requests are answered within 21 days of receipt. A fee prescribed by regulation may apply to access requests.

7. Withdrawal of consent

The client may withdraw consent at any time by written notice to the contact in section 9, or by sending STOP on WhatsApp. Withdrawal stops further processing for the purposes above and does not affect processing already carried out. Without the data, a strategy session cannot be scheduled.

8. The Act and the Commissioner

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 is administered by the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi (JPDP), under the Ministry of Digital. The client may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner at pdp.gov.my.
