Anycomp Developer · Integrated development management software

Property development management. Connected through technology.

A developer earns by selling units and collecting each stage payment, against a feasibility approved before the first piling. Many then manage the strata and keep the mall or offices.

What property developers are judged on, and where it goes wrong.

Scoped with each developer, usually starting with sales and purchaser billing, or with handover and strata management.

Judged on

  • Units sold and SPAs signed, launch by launch
  • Stage payments billed and collected
  • Margin against the feasibility, project by project
  • Handover on time, with defects closed inside the period

Where it goes wrong today

  • Bookings, SPAs, stage claims and defects sit with different teams and different tools
  • A certified stage waits days before purchasers are billed
  • Cost to complete is a guess until the next quarterly review
  • The assets the developer keeps are rebuilt in Excel each time a valuer asks

With Anycomp Developer

  • Each unit carries its price, buyer, SPA, claims and defects from launch to handover
  • A certified stage bills every purchaser in the block the same day
  • Cost, programme and margin are shown against the feasibility each week
  • Retained assets move onto their own rent roll from the same unit record

What Anycomp Developer covers.

21 systems in 7 business areas, on one record. Each area can be the first phase.

One unit, from the price list to the strata scheme.

Every sale, claim, receipt and defect is recorded against the unit, so finance, sales and customer care read the same figures.

  1. Each unit carries its price, buyer, SPA and stage claims from launch to handover.
  2. A certified stage is billed to every purchaser in that block the same day.
  3. Defects, keys and documents stay on the unit after vacant possession.

Answers for property developers, from land to handover.

Anycomp principal walking a client team through a written scope.
Does Anycomp Developer replace the accounting system?

No. Anycomp Developer keeps the project record and posts journals to the general ledger the developer already uses.

Can it run beside the current sales system?

Yes. Units, bookings and SPAs can be moved in from the current system, and the signed scope sets which system keeps each step until switch-over.

How are defects handled after vacant possession?

Each defect is recorded on its unit with a 30-day repair clock inside the 24-month defects period, with the photographs and the sign-off.

What happens to the units the developer keeps?

A retained mall or office moves to Anycomp Mall or Anycomp Property on the same unit record. The owner’s report comes from Anycomp Asset.

Where is the data held?

Production data is hosted in Malaysia. The developer owns its data and can export it in full at any time.

How is pricing set?
