Security and data.
How Anycomp holds, controls and returns a client’s data. The same controls apply to Anycomp Mall, Property, Asset and Developer.
The controls, area by area.
Questions beyond these, such as a security questionnaire or data processing terms, are answered in the strategy session.
Where data is held
- Production data stays in a Malaysian hosting region.
- A daily backup is kept.
Who sees what
- Single sign-on with the client’s existing staff accounts.
- Each user sees only the centres, buildings or portfolios assigned to them.
Approvals
- Credit notes, write-offs and rent changes need a second person before they post.
- A control set up once applies to every product.
Audit trail
- Every change records the user, the time, the old value and the new value.
- Leases, invoices and notices are filed against the unit they belong to.
Ownership and exit
- The client owns its data.
- Every record can be exported in standard formats, at any time.
Connections
- Banks, LHDN MyInvois, the general ledger and building systems keep their providers.
- Anycomp reads from them and keeps one record, so nothing is typed in twice.

Personal data.
Personal data of tenants, residents, purchasers and shoppers is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Shopper consent is recorded for each purpose before any campaign is sent.
