For groups with several businesses

For groups that develop, manage, operate and own.

Many Malaysian groups build homes, manage the strata schemes, keep the mall and report to a REIT. Anycomp follows each unit through every stage on one record, and each business uses the product that fits its work.

Which product each business uses.

The unit moves from one business to the next. Its record moves with it, so nothing is typed in twice.

Each month's operating figures pass to the owner's report.

  4. 4

    Anycomp Asset

Figures stay traceable to the lease, the invoice and the unit behind them.

One unit, from the price list to the owner's report.

A unit sold, handed over, managed and kept by the same group carries one record through each business.

  1. Each unit carries its price, buyer, SPA and stage claims from launch to handover.
  2. A certified stage is billed to every purchaser in that block the same day.
  3. Defects, keys and documents stay on the unit after vacant possession.

Questions from the first call.

Answers for group finance, strategy and IT.

Anycomp principal walking a client team through a written scope.
Does a group have to take every product?

No. Each product runs on its own. A group can start with one, and each product it adds joins the same record instead of becoming another system.

Can each company in the group keep its own accounts?

Yes. Each company, scheme and client keeps its own ledger and bank account. The group sees the totals across them without merging them.

Who sees what?

Access is set by company, property and portfolio, so a centre team sees its mall, a scheme team its scheme, and group finance sees all of them.

How is pricing set?

The strategy session ends with a written scope and a quotation, based on the businesses, properties, users and systems in scope.
